Nutty breakfast quinoa to lose weight



Quinoa is a great staple in the vegan diet many people revere it as a "super-grain"
Although it's technically not even a grain it’s the seed of a leafy plant. Quinoa is a great source for complete and balanced protein. It's also has iron, zinc, copper, b-vitamins, to name a few
Plus, it is gluten-free.

1 cup cooked quinoa
1/2 cup milk
2 tablespoons raisins

1 tablespoon hemp seeds
1 tablespoon raw pumpkin seeds
1 tables raw walnuts, chopped
1 tablespoon dried coconut

Stir all of the ingredients together in a bowl and enjoy.
If you are using freshly cooked quinoa, the dish will be warm, if you are using cold quinoa that you previously cooked, and then you can warm this dish using your dehydrator by setting the temperature around 125 degrees f for about 40 minutes or so. Or you can simply enjoy it cold
